**On top of the monthly rental fee there’s a 400EUR service to be paid together with the rent. This includes the costs for internet, heating, electricity, furnishing and water etc. So the total amount to be paid is 1900EUR each month.** Cozy fully furnished house (60m2) located in Kralingen-West. The house has just been renovated, a new kitchen was installed, the walls have just been done, the whole house is painted and all furniture is new. The house (located on the second floor) has three bedrooms (all about 10m2), a living room (8m2) with TV plus Netflix account, fully equipped kitchen (7m2) (dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 fridges, ceramic cooking plates, cutlery, pots and pans, washing machine, tumble dryer etc etc), bathroom (5m2) with tub/shower, toilet and washing stand, and a basement box (8m2) to store your bike! The house is located close to Erasmus University: -8 minutes by bike -12 minutes by public transport (tram or metro) And to city center: -8 minutes by bike -8 minutes with public transport (tram and metro) There’s a supermarket located just 4 minutes away by foot. The three bedrooms are furnished with: Bedroom 1: -highsleeper (90x200) -desk plus chair -two large built in closets -lounge chair Bedroom 2: -bed (120x200) -desk plus chair -wardrobe Bedroom 3: -bed (140x200) -desk plus chair -wardrobe -lounge chair The initial contract we make will have to be from the 1st of July until the end of December 2021 / January 2022. When you decide to stay longer (after you've lived in the house for a couple of months and are happy there) we can extend the contract till the end of July 2022. A maximum of three international students (between 18 and 30) are allowed to rent the house. A mandatory (one time) cleaning fee for the room when you’ll leave the property of €181,50 has to be paid together with the first month’s rent.
