The payment to be made each month is 625EUR total, this consists of the rent (€500,-) and the monthly service costs (€125,-) such as energy, internet water etc. Fully furnished apartment with four bedrooms conveniently located on the west side (Mathenesserweg 113) of Rotterdam close to shops and public transport. The house has four fully furnished bedrooms located on two floors (second and fourth). On the second floor you’ll find the largest two bedrooms (2x20m2), toilet, bathroom (shower and washing basin) and fully equipped kitchen. The third (5m2) bedroom is located on the second floor, for this person there’s a separate study on the fourth floor (also 5m2). The fourth bedroom (15m2) is located on the fourth floor as well. The house is a perfect place for four friends wanting to share an apartment for the upcoming academic year. One of the bedrooms on the second floor is furnished with a couch, TV with Chromecast and dining table, this is private as it is in someone's bedroom but it would be nice if it could be shared.. Room 4 (15m2): Located on the fourth floor at the backside of the apartment. This room has its own large balcony! It’s furnished with a bed (140x200), a desk and chair, an open closet, clothing rack and lounge chair with side table. When you’re happy with your stay and want to extend we can offer an extension until the end of December 2023. A new contract will have to be signed for the extension.**
