Fully furnished apartment with three bedrooms conveniently located on the west side (Grote Visserijstraat 4b) of Rotterdam close to shops and public transport. The house has three fully furnished bedrooms located on two floors (first and second). On the first floor you’ll find the largest bedroom (16m2), toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The second (this add) (12m2) and third (9m2) bedroom are located on the second floor together with the bathroom including washing machine. The house is a perfect place for three friends wanting to share an apartment for the upcoming academic year. Furnishing: Each room is furnished with a bed (140x200), a desk and chair, wardrobe / clothing rack Public transport: To Erasmus University: +/-30 minutes To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-15 minutes To Erasmus MC: +/-20 minutes By bike: To Erasmus University: +/-23 minutes / 6KM To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-8 minutes / 2KM To Erasmus MC: +/-10 minutes / 2.5KM The monthly payment will be 650EUR per month (including the 125EUR monthly service costs (energy bill, internet, furnishing etc)). For the room there’s a mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in. A contract for a fixed period will be offered until the end of July 2023. The contract can later be extended when you’re happy there until the end of August / December 2023. We will not offer contracts longer than a total stay of two years.
